ABOUT THE SERVICE
PepMax provides nonclinical services: it coordinates your request, payment, and order support. Medical care is provided by independent licensed clinicians, and compounded medications are dispensed by independent state-licensed pharmacies. PepMax does not practice medicine, prescribe, or dispense medication.
HOW IT WORKS
Three steps. Clinical decisions are made by independent licensed clinicians, not by PepMax.

Complete a confidential medical intake covering your health history, current medications, and the treatment you are requesting. It takes about five minutes.

An independent licensed clinician reviews your information and determines whether treatment is appropriate. If prescribed, your medication is prepared and shipped by a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy.

After delivery, you can message your clinician through the patient portal and complete any required follow-up. Continuing treatment requires a completed follow-up and a separate purchase; purchases do not renew automatically.

Yes. Medication is dispensed only after a licensed clinician evaluates you and issues a valid, patient-specific prescription. The compounded medications offered through PepMax are not FDA-approved; your clinician can explain the proposed treatment, risks, and alternatives.

We cancel the request and release any temporary payment authorization. If payment was collected in error before prescribing, we refund it in full. Your bank determines when a released hold disappears from your account.
It depends on your prescription. Your clinician and pharmacy determine the quantity and shipment schedule, and a longer service period may involve multiple shipments or follow-up visits. Follow the storage and discard dates on your medication label.
Purchases do not renew automatically. To continue treatment, complete the required follow-up and separately authorize the price and service period of your next purchase. Your clinician decides whether to continue or adjust treatment.
You may cancel before your prescription is issued, and we release any uncaptured payment authorization. After prescribing, change-of-mind cancellations are generally unavailable. If something is damaged, incorrect, defective, or cannot be supplied, contact us for review under our Shipping and Refunds Policy. Prescription medications cannot be returned for reuse.
For billing, shipping, cancellations, or order problems, email support@pepmax.com. For treatment questions, contact your clinician through the patient portal. Your dispensing pharmacy can answer questions about preparation, storage, and medication directions; its contact information is on your prescription label.
