IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Prescription required. This is a compounded prescription preparation, not an FDA-approved drug. It is dispensed for an identified patient by a state-licensed pharmacy following independent clinical review. Human safety and effectiveness data may be limited, particularly for peptide combinations. Risks, alternatives, and monitoring should be discussed with your Provider. Payment does not guarantee a prescription, and results are not guaranteed. No research-use-only products are sold. Availability is subject to clinical, pharmacy, and legal requirements.

Sermorelin was the active ingredient in previously FDA-approved Geref products that were later discontinued. That historical approval does not apply to this compounded preparation or establish approval for anti-aging, performance, or general wellness uses.

PRESCRIPTION REQUIRED • REVIEWED BY A LICENSED CLINICIAN • DISPENSED BY A STATE-LICENSED U.S. PHARMACY • NOT FDA-APPROVED

ABOUT THE SERVICE

What PepMax does, and does not do.

PepMax provides nonclinical services: it coordinates your request, payment, and order support. Medical care is provided by independent licensed clinicians, and compounded medications are dispensed by independent state-licensed pharmacies. PepMax does not practice medicine, prescribe, or dispense medication.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Know before
you begin.

How does PepMax work?+

Choose a treatment option and complete the clinical intake. An independent licensed clinician reviews your information and decides whether treatment is appropriate. If prescribed, a licensed pharmacy prepares and ships your medication. PepMax coordinates your purchase and order support.

Do I need a prescription?+

Yes. Medication is dispensed only after a licensed clinician evaluates you and issues a valid, patient-specific prescription. The compounded medications offered through PepMax are not FDA-approved; your clinician can explain the proposed treatment, risks, and alternatives.

When will I be charged?+

You authorize the total at checkout, and a temporary hold may appear on your card. Payment is collected only after treatment is approved and a prescription is issued. Your selected service period is paid in full, even if the price is also shown as a monthly equivalent.

What happens if treatment isn’t approved?+

We cancel the request and release any temporary payment authorization. If payment was collected in error before prescribing, we refund it in full. Your bank determines when a released hold disappears from your account.

Will my medication arrive in one shipment?+

It depends on your prescription. Your clinician and pharmacy determine the quantity and shipment schedule, and a longer service period may involve multiple shipments or follow-up visits. Follow the storage and discard dates on your medication label.

How do follow-up visits and repeat purchases work?+

Purchases do not renew automatically. To continue treatment, complete the required follow-up and separately authorize the price and service period of your next purchase. Your clinician decides whether to continue or adjust treatment.

Can I cancel or get a refund?+

You may cancel before your prescription is issued, and we release any uncaptured payment authorization. After prescribing, change-of-mind cancellations are generally unavailable. If something is damaged, incorrect, defective, or cannot be supplied, contact us for review under our Shipping and Refunds Policy. Prescription medications cannot be returned for reuse.

Who do I contact about my order or treatment?+

For billing, shipping, cancellations, or order problems, email support@pepmax.com. For treatment questions, contact your clinician through the patient portal. Your dispensing pharmacy can answer questions about preparation, storage, and medication directions; its contact information is on your prescription label.
